Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Santa Barbara, CA

Catherine is a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She is happy to join Dr. Barry, the Petite Pediatric team, and Peapod families.

She has been working in pediatric primary and adolescent health for four years in Santa Barbara county. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in nursing from Columbia University. She trained in multiple hospitals in the New York City area. Previously, she earned her first Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California Santa Barbara. At the same time, she began practicing compassionate care as a volunteer with the Adventures in Caring Foundation and working as a medical assistant for a local pediatrician.

She is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and California’s Board of Registered Nursing. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and the California Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Catherine and her husband, Barrett, a Goleta native, enjoy spending their free time embracing Santa Barbara’s beautiful outdoors and inspirational community. Catherine has a passion for yoga, nutrition, and wellness.
